Okay fine. Still, it's absurd to say that only Nelly's and JT's sales were inflated a bit. They all are.

Yea, I don't mind reducing Justin and Nelly's numbers, but I think everyone else should be reduced on a ratio as well. Theres no way only the two of them were inflated.

i think they are more inflated than others and not all are inflated for 4 things :
-because they stayed in MT chart practically all the weeks!
so if mediatraffic tend to overstimate a bit they endure this overstimate more than others.
-maybe MT estimation methods and algoritmo benefitted more that 2 albums (as i say before, if for example they overstimate the position 10 on german chart and estimate weel the position 11, a album that spent a lot of week at n.10 will be overstimate, an album at position 11 could be well estimate.
-not all albums are overstimate if you take consideration only of MT chart: on MT for example the total of Paramore album is 37k, when the album sold over 200k for real.
this is becouse they have only a top40.
this is for say that with few weeks in chart albums tend to be underestimate..looking only MT chart.
-not all the albums are overstimate, try to do what u do with Nelly Furtado before (CountryX+CountryY etc..)and u will see that for almost all albums (i think) the result will be really near to my data.
Will be some mistakes for sure but not big as NF and JF before correction.

well, if u use also the 7,5% more u could reach a maximum of 6,868,175 that is more than Justin Timberlake's minimun data (6,776,000),maybe if u see it in this way u like it more ;)
for some artist the "real" data should be nearest the "minimun", for some other is nearest the "maximum"..i don't know if is the case of NF or JT : if i know the real exactly sales (impossible) i write it without a mini and a max :)

zago, Jive released a press release today which said that FS/LS has sold nearly 8 million copies worldwide.

Mediatraffic puts FS/LS at 7,805,000 which seems to fall much more in line with Jive than your estimates. I'd appreciate if you put Justin's correct numbers back.

estimation..no prediction
we have soundscan numbers,japanese numbers,uk numbers, and the other charts and then put all togheter.
and yes could be 37k...but also 33-34-35-36-37-38-39k...in the end isn't so differnce, no? :)
