It's a new feature on AT40. Ryan sneaks ahead in the chart for a song and plays it and I think he said when they get up to #27, they'll play what was #37. I forget what he called it but he said it was a brand new feature they were trying out.

J-Kwon actually moved UP with Tipsy?  :o #39 to #37??  lol that song is ancient!  I know it's not as old as "Yeah" but at least that was a mega monster hit, making its longevity more understandable.  Tipsy was fairly big, but not THAT huge.

Damn...Yeah is still only at #17? At that rate, it won't fall off the chart until early 2006 lol

I wouldn't be surprised if it stayed on until next summer. "In Da Club" stayed on almost that long.

"Running Away" was a good choice for a Double Play. It's kind of obscure and I haven't heard it since it was on the countdown shows 2 years ago.

Interesting choice for a movie extra considering it's #31 on the actual chart while Petey deleted is #32 on the actual chart, but #30 on this chart.

Petey deleted is #30 on the actual AT40 chart and Dashboard Confessional hasn't debuted on the actual AT40 chart yet.

AT40 can never do anything right with you, can it? If they play a rap song extra, you scream biasness. If they don't, you find some other fault with it.

Unfortunately, that may happen since it lost its bullet. That's a shame since "Float On" is my favorite song in the Top 40 right now. It sounds similar to "Take Me Out."

Um, it didn't sound to me like he was finding fault.  He just mentioned that it was played back to back with Petey deleted, only in reverse order than on the R&R chart.

...a small thing that bothered me--at the beginning, he started ok by mentioning the 3 debuts, but when he did "Float On", he said "here's the first of this week's 2 debuts"; & for "Dare You to Move" he said "the second of this week's 2 debuts"; then for "Southside" it was something like "here's the last debut". no biggie, but a bit sloppy........
