It is one thing to come into this thread and argue against the idea that Fergie is an It Girl. That's fine if you can do it within Pulse rules. But when you starting waving around the word "flop" this and "flop" that while simultaneously proclaiming your favorite (Beyoncé or anyone else) queen of the world, it comes off like you're just baiting Fergie fans. Beyoncé was a fair reference point for the first part of this discussion (starting on the last page). But now, it looks like she is just being mentioned for the sake of carrying on a fan war. Pulse is not the place for that. Here is a reminder of a relevant Pulse rule: 6. No Trolling. Trolling, for those not familiar with Internet lingo, is defined as posting just to get a negative reaction from other board members. Just posting “this artist sucks” in an artist thread, or similar behavior, is trolling.So enough with the fanwarring. And stop generalizing about Beyoncé's fans just because you think one is misbehaving. The topic of this thread is Fergie, not how/whether she measures up to Beyoncé or whether Beyoncé fans are insecure.

I didn't agree with ehr taking the It spot..for beyoncé has the It factor due to her doing so much more than just music.

Fergie was sick with food poisoning and didn't perform with the BEP during their concert in El Salvador (10/5).
On the Fergie.com forum posters who attended the show in Guatemala (10/6) said Fergie was better and performed.
Taboo (from BEP) has been posting on the Fergie.com forum and said the reports about Fergie releasing a second solo CD soon are not true. BEP will be releasing a new album next year.

The Dutchess continues to stay in the top 10 in Australia, climbing 10-8 this week while BGDC is #6 again.
