via OhNoTheyDidn't: A fashion designer claims Courtney Love "has embarked in what is nothing short of an obsessive and delusional crusade to terrorize and destroy" her.
Dawn Simorangkir claims Love tried to ruin her business and smear her good name, calling her an "asswipe nasty lying hosebag thief," among other things.
Simorangkir claims Love plotted to destroy her, claiming she spread lies that the designer sold cocaine, was a drug addict, was a prostitute, a thief, and a "horrible lying b***h."
The always lovable Courtney spread it on the designer's webpage.
Simorangkir is suing in L.A. County Superior Court for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

Courtney Getting No Love From Ticked-Off Designer Natalie Finn, eonline The Boudoir Queen won't be getting in bed with Courtney Love anytime soon. A fashion designer has sued the former Hole frontwoman for libel, breach of contract and other bad-faith maneuvers, claiming she has become "the latest victim of Love's volatile personality, hair trigger temper, and malicious and tortious [sic] behavior," according to the complaint. Dawn Simorangkir, proprietor of the Boudoir Queen apparel line, states in her lawsuit that Love has spread lies about her on the Internet and at one point threatened her life, saying Simorangkir would be "hunted til [she was] dead." Per the richly worded suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Love contacted Simorangkir last year about purchasing some of her designs and subsuquently "became infatuated" with the designer. In February 2009, after designing a custom dress for Love and sending her on her way with more than $4,000 worth of Boudoir Queen couture, Simorangkir sent the alt-rocker a bill, which made her angry, according to the suit. Since their falling out, Love has made multiple attempts to contact her, Simorangkir claims, adding that the former first lady of Nirvana threatened her in public and has tried to get her kicked off the website through which she does business. According to the suit, Love called Simorangkir a "vile horrible lying bitch," in the feedback section of the designer's Etsy.com page. But that was just one of the "vile and vicious" lies Love supposedly told about the plaintiffβcomments about Simorangkir being a cocaine dealer, a thief, an embezzler, a racist and a homophobe were also among the smears. Simorangkir is asking for unspecified damage to pay for libel, invasion of privacy, intentional interference with a prospective economic advantage, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract. The plaintiff maintains that, through various dastardly deeds, Love has destroyed her burgeoning small business and caused "irreparable damage" to her reputation. "Unfortunately, Love must learn this the hard way," the suit states. Β© 2009 E! Entertainment Television, Inc. All rights reserved., comcast.eonline.com/about/copyright/index.jsp

Exclusive: New Hole Record Arrives in April!By Phoebe Reilly Courtney Love has found a home for Nobody's Daughter. Mercury/IDJ will release Hole's highly anticipated new album on April 27. It took Love, who graces the cover of the March issue of SPIN, five years to finish Nobody's Daughter, during which time she told the magazine she relied on "the kindness of strangers" -- in reality, former collaborators like Linda Perry, Billy Corgan, and producer Michael Beinhorn, who helmed Hole's previous album, 1998's Celebrity Skin. All three have since distanced themselves from the project. Beinhorn quit after almost a year, citing frustration with Love's "fragmented focus." "She had a lot of things going on in her personal life that made it impossible to do the sort of work that I wanted," he says. Though Perry declined to comment, Love tells SPIN that Perry, who cowrote America's Sweetheart, the singer-guitarist's 2004 solo debut, has been "incredibly gracious" and "gave me probably the best advice I ever received, which is to become a lesbian." As SPIN previously reported, Hole's founding guitarist, Eric Erlandson, objects to Love's use of the band name since none of the former members are involved. The current line-up includes Love's roommate, 23-year-old British guitarist Micko Larkin, bassist Shawn Dailey (of Rock Kills Kid), and drummer Stuart Fisher. Jack Irons, formerly of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam, played drums on the album. The success of Nobody's Daughter is crucial to Love's long-awaited comeback, especially given her recent drama: She lost custody of daughter Frances Bean in December amid rumors of domestic abuse, and a restraining order prevents Love from contacting her. "One time, Frances was being mean and she said, 'What are you going to do if this record fails?'" Love tells SPIN. "Well, Frances, it can't fail because I love it, and I've worked really hard to make sure that I love it." www.spin.com/articles/exclusive-new-hole-record-arrives-april?utm_source=spinfacebook&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=spinfacebook-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With the band's current promotional tour, the date might just be final. BTW, new song "Samantha" live on Jonathan Ross:

I don't have high hopes for this, but I'm just glad "How Dirty Girls Get Clean" made the final cut.

The dedication inside the liner notes is the most nonsensical paragraph I think I've ever read.

Her angry Twitter rants and recent photos are starting to worry me that she's back on the drugs. I really hope nothing tragic happens to her. :(

HOLY SHIT IS THIS REAL LIFE www.spin.com/articles/courtney-love-reunites-hole-classic-lineup/A proper Hole reunion is underway. Late last year, Courtney Love hinted at the possibility, tweeting a photo of herself with the band's founding guitarist Eric Erlandson. Now Love has confirmed that she, Erlandson, Melissa Auf Der Maur, and Patty Schemel have been practicing together, reuniting a lineup that broke up in 2002. "I started playing with Patty and Melissa and Eric, just to see how that was," Love told The Quietus late on April 1. "We already played like three or four times in the last week." Her previously teased solo single, "Wedding Day," is reportedly due ahead a Love's U.K. tour in May. According to The Quietus, Love and the reunited Hole are working on a new music. Their last album together was 1998's Celebrity Skin. Love was the only Hole member returning for the band's nominal 2010 album Nobody's Daughter (check out Love's March 2010 SPIN cover story). Elsewhere, Love has brought new life to the idea of a Kurt Cobain musical, and photos of an apartment she shared with her late husband recently surfaced online. When not searching for Daniel Tosh's genitals or Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, she recently starred in a Fall Out Boy video. NEWS OF THE MOTHERF*ckING YEAR OMG OMG OMG
