Missy is one of the best artists of this time, but whoever chooses her singles is whack. She can't do a proper follow-up at all!
The Cookbook- Lose Control was hot, but Teary Eyed? LOL. Gave up too easily on the album.
This Is Not a Test- Pass That Dutch is one of her best, Im Really Hot was good, but what happened??
Under Construction- Just Work It and Gossip Folks.
So Addictive- Get Ur Freak On and One Minute Man to Take Away???

Yea, I'm Really Hot did kinda send things off a little after her first Double Platinum success with 2001's Under Construction. I think Missy is good, but she just has to re-attach herself to that undeniable creative edge she exhibited from Da Rain era all the way to Work It. She has fallen off, and the single selection is horrid. Hopefully, Timbaland can revive her career to the heights she attained beforehand.

"Pass That Dutch" was basically a re-edition of "Work It", and I agree "I'm Really Hot" was messy, but "This Is Not A Test" was still a pretty good album. "The Cookbook" was simply not on point, IMO.

I did like The Cookbook better than the CD before. I gotta gree with you that Da Real World was pretty good. |

I heard her on the remix to Pretty Ricky's "On The Hotline", sampling Salt N Pepa's "Let's Talk About Sex". Sounds nice.
I think she's on another remix, but I forgot which song...
