I had no clue that Tamar was married to Vincent Herbert, or that he was toni's manager and that she (Tamar) sung background vocals on Lady GaGa's latest album.

inm sorry but she was just too much of an A list 90s diva to not be given chance after chance until (which I DO think will happen) to come back with that one hot album everyones been waiting for and she clearly deserves. Even w/ all her flop, she always has decent debut weeks which shows theyre still a good amount of a dedicated fanbase. With the right *mamagement* which she hasnt had, shes just one album away from possibly scoring a big hit. It has to be an album that is a mix of Natalie Cole Unforgettable or Rod Stewart Songbook etc.. mixed in with something contemporary. that kind of scenerio is a winning formula for Toni. She still has star power , is hot, and has a successful reality show. Shes no fool- shes gonna come back , watch. :)

At the very least, I hope LA Reid can make her an Urban AC staple. That shouldn't even be a question for her at this point, but even her Urban AC success has been spotty in the past decade.

Of all her singles, "Please" was rather successful at Urban AC, which was very strange because "Trippin," "Hands Tied," and "Yesterday" were much more Urban AC friendly (not that HT did badly).

Wherever she was, musically, on Libra, she needs to tap back into that! Pulse was ridiculous. I know she wanted to go a lil pop on that, but, if she ever were to hit up mainstream again, please, go the Urban route.

LOL. If Mariah AND Ciara are both going to Epic, you KNOW that Toni will get ZERO promotion or attention. I was a stan for her first 2 albums though so I do wish her all the best.

Mariah doesnt need alot of promotion and attention because she is Mariah Carey. LOL and even then i understand Mariah getting all the attention but what makes you think Ciara is worthy of any?? Besides people are not signed to be given ZERO promotion or attention

Thats good news for her if she's making the move. Now they need to focus on making good Urban AC music like her debut cd and Secrets. She will not be successful doing overly Pop and/or Hip Hop inspired music. I don't see her having a huge comeback, but there's no reason she can't score a #1 hit on Urban AC.

Look, like I said, all the best for Toni. I love her distinct voice and when she brings The Heat, no pun intended (and I actually forgot how...hot...that album was), she is a force.

I dont forsee a comback of sorts but what I am hoping is that she will go back to her roots, make great RnB music like she used to and once again feature in garmmy nominations (it would be awsome if she wins another grammy) :)

Mariah is still with IDJ. She won't be going to Epic for the foreseeable future. Mariah has clarified that she is still on IDJ. And she is on their roster.
I think Toni deserves some success. Libra was the best album of 2005 in my opinion. It's ashame it didn't get the success it deserved.
Pulse was pretty good too. I wish Toni well. Hopefully she can find a lane and see some success.

Ciara can do R&B!!! Let her do it! "1 of these things is not like the other" is probably referencing Ciara's lack of talent and vocal ability not her genre of music.

Toni and the family was on Wendy Williams today and Wendy asked her about the rumors of her dating Terrence J. from 106th & Park and of course she said No, that's not true. Then she basically said he was too young and he doesn't make enough money. I guess Toni is trying to hook up or date rich men now. Go Toni!!lol She also said she's now 'playing in the snow'. Meaning, she's starting to date white men.

* November 9, 2011, 4:45 PM ET Braxton’s Bankruptcy Was ‘Really Great’ For HerToni Braxton’s heart is definitely “unbroken” when it comes to her bankruptcy case, in which most of her debt was discharged in August. She even has a new home in Los Angeles. “I’m very fortunate, my bankruptcy situation worked out really great for me,” she says during the Season 2 premiere of her reality television show Braxton Family Values, Tuesday night. “So I’m starting over, and starting over can be a great thing.” During the episode, two of Braxton’s sisters fly out to Los Angeles to see her new house for the first time. “Is this what it means to be bankrupt?” her sister asked. “Sign me up. Did you see the size of that pool?” In amended court documents filed in June 2011, Braxton listed her rent or home mortgage payment as $5,000 a month plus utilities, including $1,000 a month for telephone service. It’s not clear if these expenses refer to this home, and not much else is known about the new residence. The June court documents also put her income at $57,850 a month, of which royalties and residuals from Braxton’s hits like “Un-Break My Heart” and “You’re Makin’ Me High” only bring in $850 per month. The majority of her income comes from “operation of business or profession.” But with expenses of $58,180 a month, the singer still isn’t breaking even. The discharge of her debt didn’t dismiss her bankruptcy, nor does it determine how much she’ll pay to creditors. Braxton initially filed for (her second) bankruptcy in the fall of 2010, claiming $1.6 million in assets and $18.3 million in debts. In amended court documents her debts were upped to $19.7 million. These debts include three years of tax claims against her for $78,000, $336,000 and $320,000. Additionally, the singer owed $25,764.30 in credit card debt to Chase, $52,757.52 in credit card debt to City National, $6,859.47 to Nieman Marcus and $15,553.25 to Tiffany & Co. It’s not clear which debts of Braxton’s were discharged, but under bankruptcy law numerous debts aren’t eligible, including most taxes, domestic-support obligations, student loans, most fines, penalties, forfeitures and criminal restitution obligations. The Grammy-award winning singer’s Georgia property went into foreclosure in January.

Toni Braxton: “In My College Years, I Was A Little Revengeful”Posted by Niki McGloster on Nov 10, 2011 Toni Braxton stopped by Anderson to promote the second season of reality show Braxton Family Values, talk about her new dating life (with a white man) and being a little crazy in college. Apparently, Toni Braxton was a wild cookie back in her prime. She places the blame on her friend for keying her guy-friend’s car, but we aren’t buying it.
