Is there like another version of his chart? I was listening to my station (I noticed they're more AC now) and Rick Dees had like The Killers, Los Lonely Boys & Howie Day in the top 20.

Your station apparently picked up on the Hot AC show. I listened to part of it on Saturday and the Killers were something like number 18 or 19, not far from where they were on the R&R HAC chart.
However, I'm not sure how long this is going to last, since, from what I've heard, Rick won't have a Hot AC show any longer at the beginning of 2005.

I sort of assumed the new company distributing WT40 would be taking over distribution of the Hot AC show too. Or is the Hot AC show just fading away?

If you're reffering to KYYY, 100000watts lists them as CHR but their playlist is Hot AC leaning.

Several CHR stations across the country air the Hot AC show, especially ones with a playlist leaning towards Hot AC. I know that U93 in South Bend ran that one from late 1995 through April, 1998, during a time when they were anti-rap (sigh...why couldn't they have stayed that way?)
