March 10th is the add date for the second single from this album (in the U.S.), and it looks like Roadrunner is just staying the course as far as singles go. I'm a little surprised that "Living" didn't take off like I thought it would, since Biffy reminds me a lot of the Foo Fighters and I thought that would've been the best track to exemplify their sound. This one's a little more straightforward, so maybe this will grab people's ears easier.

This song is made of awesome. I remember putting it on a CD and listening in the car and not realizing at first what it was. Then when I got home, I checked it and it became a staple for most of last summer.

Biffy are this weird mix of The Foo Fighters, Sunny Day Real Estate, Muse and Flaming Lips that is just greatness.
I hope this does much better for them and I'd imagine it will since this is the insanely catchy and fun music that Biffy fans love them for.

That sounds like something Rolling Stone would say. No offense, but it's just so like Rolling Stone (or most music publications, come to think of it) to pick some bands that are completely unlike each other but also are magical indie buzzwords in order to describe a band that is probably nothing like those bands at all. Like how NME is comparing Panic's new album to Sgt. Pepper.
As it is, I don't really hear any of those bands in Biffy except for the Foo.

They've sited Sunny Day Real Estate's Diary as an early influence in their career and even have closely numbered song titles on their first album Blackened Sky.
Some of their more positive fantasy based lyrics have been compared to The Flaming Lips.
As for Muse... that's just me. Biffy isn't near as diverse as Muse is in their instrument playing. I just hear songs like Glitter And Trauma and My Recovery Injection from their last album Infinity Land and think of Muse.
I should totally go see if Rolling Stone is hiring, they'd likely pay me way more than I get paid now.
