From Absolutepunk.net...
Thrice will release "Come All You Weary" to iTunes on March 4th. The single will be available for stream on Thrice's myspace on February 28th. The band's new album hits stores on April 15th.
Track Listing 01) Come All You Weary 02) The Whaler (Acoustic) 03) Digital Sea (Remix) 04) Digital Sea (Video)
The first single off of the two disc set will be off of the Earth EP.
I heard this acoustic...very beautiful...of course, the first thing you'll think of when and if you do hear it is Kensrue's solo project.

I enjoyed the Fire EP (sounded like their older stuff). The Water EP was okay. it sounded too much like the vheissu album (which I didn't enjoy). Earth EP is going to be all acoustic (as mentioned above, think Dustin's solo project). I'm interested in hearing Air EP. That could be the most interesting one.

www.myspace.com/thriceVolumes III and IV are available for listening. I've only listened to the first couple of tracks, but I LOVE what I'm hearing so far.

I don't really get most of the comparisons people use for the EP's. What I do know though is that the album is incredible. "Weary" is great but probably just standard quality in the context of the album. I felt that way about "Firebreather" when I heard it, as well. I had mine pre-ordered from Vagrant and it came through the mail last night. I was on cloud nine and still am there.
Projecting as a possible album of the year for me, and only one album I like more which was really released in December last year.
