Following "Hands Up" Out Of Office give us "Break Of Down 2008".
Does this song use a sample or is it a cover? It sounds very familiar to me. I love this song!

Do you mean sample, music-wise; or are you referring to the lyrics? I'm surprised no one answered, as the track in question is a classic.
"Break Of Dawn 2008 (Suitcase At The Door)" is a cover of a song, "Break Of Dawn", performed by Rhythm On The Loose. It was released on August 1995 in the UK, and it was a HUGE hit in the clubs. Sadly it didn't crossed over to pop, debuting and peaking at No. 36.
"Break Of Dawn", as performed by Rhythm On The Loose samples the 70s disco classic "Let No Man Put Asunder", performed by First Choice. Out Of Office's version does not sample the First Choice chestnut, instead their version is an interpolation of that song. Vocals are by Marcella Woods (Out Of Office is the husband and wife team of Marcella and Michael Woods).
Sadly, Out Of Office are on the tiny indie label Frenetic Music (which has yet to achieve a Top 40 hit) and the single frustratingly peaked at No. 41!

I thought this song was OK, a bit inoffensive, but c'mon, this was a completely Eric Prydz-rip-off, down to the music video!
