35 28 BLACK TIDE Shockwave 2007 Interscope 55 33 22 0.139
I'm sorry if there is already a thread on this, I couldnt find one but its late, I couldve missed it.
This song rocks hard. First single from their album, Light From Above. Since this has been out awhile, it may be old to some, but I just heard it in the last month. Black Tide is a metal band from Miami. The impressive thing about this song to me is the vocalist is pretty strong and he's 15 years old!
They've toured with Avenged Sevenfold already as well as played Ozzfest. Might be some good things to follow with this young band. This is the only song I've heard of theirs so far so I cant really say what the rest is like. They covered Metallica's "Hit The Lights" from Kill 'em All on their album. Anyone else heard this or anything else from the band.

I listened to this album yesterday and I am incredibly impressed by what these kids pull off. They're not doing anything new, but just the fact that they're doing this at such a young age to me is worth some praise. Plus I really like "Shout".

This is alright. It's on the latest mix CD I made. I've listened to it probably five or six times, and all I remember is that it had a classic rock/hair metal kind of sound, but not bad.

Not bad considering how young they are. Sounds like a better-than-average Motley Crue.

Granted, they're young, but I don't care for this song, nor did I find them to be of much interest when they opened for Avenged last fall.
(And when they opened for Avenged, I'd never heard of them and certainly had no idea they were all still teenagers. I didn't find that out until I read an article about them this year, so it's not like that pre-biased me or anything.)

These guys have definitely listened to Ratt, Warrant and Cinderella quite a lot.
