Not Feist level, but easily CSS.

Not Feist level, but easily CSS. I'd guess. I haven't heard the featured song yet but I assume it's catchy enough to be picked by Apple. They make wonders happen for the relatively unknown.

It worked with Feist because she had already sold 200-300K of The Reminder, so the ad gave her the broader exposure that 'sells records'.
CSS didn't really benefit from the exposure though. Had "Music..." been used in a commercial one year earlier, in late 2006, when they were still riding the blog buzz, it would have probably helped them a lot more.
Now that I think of it, Robyn and Estelle really should get their songs featured in commercials. They need it, like, yesterday.

75 47 THE TING TINGS Great DJ 2008 Columbia 181 81 100 0.819
Even though I'm still not a fan of the song, its good to see stuff like this getting attention at alternative, some of the current stuff hitting is making me optimistic again..
Can someone please explain the end of this song to me, I dont think they are even bothering to use words anymore by the end of it.
