I absolutely love the covers. At first I was a bit put off by them, but then I started to realize what she's doing. I love how it's completely turning into a different album. She really knows how to completely morph her work, who else could do this?? Who else has the creative control to do this?? And the covers!? How iconic!! Whatever happened to letting the music speak for itself? Saying that artists should simply release music and attempt nothing greater is to dismiss the careers of The Beatles, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Elton John, Cher and essentially ever other icon in pop music history. Um...

I think the ability to changed and freshen up a current album is much better than a blatant cash-in by re-releasing it with a slightly different album cover and add 3-4 new tracks at the end. So the music is still speaking for itself... I think 4 US top 10 singles from the same album (debut I might add) is pretty good... I'd say she's not doing too bad for herself. Your analogy was... weird.

I wonder how much this is gonna cost. This won't well if its price is too high.

Its safe to say that I will be purchasing this album unless it is priced ridiculously high. I only own 5 songs off of The Fame anyways.

Lol at "Wang Center".
First Monday of my winter break, definitely going to this! Happy it's at Nokia Theater too, way better than Staples.

She's coming to Boston not once, but twice? I HAVE TO GO!
Note: I didn't realize the poster didn't mention this, but Kid Cudi is her supporting act.

Kid Cudi. <3 I'd like to know when the tickets go on sale too! I'm so stoked.
"A message to all my little monsters: The Fame Monster will come out four days before the first live show. You have exactly 96 hours to learn all of the lyrics so you can sing along. Dress accordingly."

Since "The Fame Monster" has eight new songs instead of four new songs will it chart separately on the Billboard charts from "The Fame?"

I am going to see this crazy kook at the WANG center (haha, Killa Kam). It's pretty close to my apt too. Kid Cudi is pretty cool so this should be hot.

so what songs leaked that are not on the re-release? no way, filthy pop...??? Filthy Pop = old song from def jam era, along with songs like Let Love Down No Way = demo done last year, perhaps sent around to other artists to get the feel of it then that may have progressed to Quicksand.

I wish No Way was on the re release oh well.
LOL I LOVE the idea of the Monster theme. I can totally see all her fans dressing up crazy for this. I have high expectations for this.

I imagine Bad Romance will shoot straight to #1 when it's released on the 27th, probably on both iTunes & the Hot 100
