Clay Aiken's new album can be streamed from the home page of Clear Channel A/C stations. Give it a listen or four.

Has anyone noticed that the first part of the chorus is almost note for note the same as Clay's "I Survived You" from his first album? I realize that wasn't a single, but it was my favorite track from that album and I think it's superior to his new song. I want him to do well, but I just think that the songs are eerily similar.

I streamed this album online at AOL. I love it! I read somewhere that there are a couple different bonus tracks. Anyone know where I can find them? I gotta make my money count.

WalMart is calling your name. The other two bonuses were pre-sale only, and they would probably only interest collector fans. However, the bonus song on the WalMart version "Forget I Ever Knew You" should have been on the main album. It is one of my favorites. ![](http://yoursmiles.org/ssmile/fun/s0270.gif)

Great album! On some songs Clay Aiken takes on a style of music that he's not used to and handles it well. Clay Aiken's session musicians are the longtime Steely Dan band. I'm a big Steely Dan fan and did not know this the first couple of times I listened to the CD. However, I felt a Steely Dan sound and feel especially on the song written by the albums producer, Kipper, titled "Everything I Don't Need".
The Steely Dan band have also worked and toured with many great artists. The combination of Clay Aiken's voice and the Steely Dan musicians makes for some great listening. If you haven't listened to it yet give it more than one listen. The first couple of times I listened to it I liked a few songs. After listening to it some more I found more and more that I liked about this album.

Do or die time for the single I think, bullet is +2: 28 CLAY AIKEN On My Way Here 2008 19/RCA/RMG 95 93 2 0.251
If it moves up in the next week and picks up more stations I think it will continue upward to the top 20, if it stalls it's probably done. I know bullets are generally meaningless on AC, but given Clay's history with the 100 spin barrier during the last album cycle, that would be my best educated guess.

This ones like the first decent ballad of the year
