Q102/Cincinatti (WKRQ) IMO is clearly a CHR, but it's still reporting to the HAC panel, thereby messing up both charts IMO
Here are some "excerpts" from its playlist: 42x week "Lovestoned" by Justin Timberlake 36x week "The Way I Are" by Timbaland 32x week "Apologize" by Timabaland (not even a single yet!!) 30x week "Gimme More" by Britney Spears 21x week "Me Love" by Sean Kingston 19x week "I Got It From My Mama" by WILL.I.AM 11x week "Hate That I Love You" by Rihanna feat Ne-Yo
Why is it still reporting to the Hot AC chart?? >:(

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it up to companies like Mediabase who determine what format stations report as?

No, Mediabase and BDS make that call. That's why there are some differences in the panels.
If each station got to decide, then the Mediabase and BDS panels would be exactly the same.

Then someone's gotta wake up Mediabase IMO - WMTX/Tampa is def. HAC (IMO) - and sorry to bring this up again but there are a crapload of Clear Channel CHRs that IMO need to be moved to rhytmic, esp. ones with huge Audience Impressions like KIIS, WKSC, and WKQI - I heard on the radio this morning that "How To Save A Life" by the Fray hit #1 in nearly every country except the U. S., and that's b/c of about 30 Clear Channel stations didn't play it (or barely played it), most often b/c they co-own the Hot AC in that market and delegate the Fray exclusively to the Hot AC station, or because they need to sound different from a more mainstream CHR in their market that did play "How To Save A Life"

KIIS has passed on several non-rhythmic songs that hit #1 on Pop recently including Nickelback, Pink and Daughtry.
I also just noticed KIIS are ignoring 4 songs that are currently in the top 10. Wait For You, Rockstar, The Great Escape and When You're Gone.

I do agree that it is only a borderline HotAC station. I guess it could go either way. But there are certainly about 10 pop stations that should be removed from the pop panel.
