Christina Aguilera - Eyes On You (Peter Rauhofer Club Mix) 6:50 -- anyone know the origin of this? I'm thinking it's just another one of those badly-labeled bootlegs of a song that doesn't even exist (there is no such xtina song as "Eyes On You" it's just a lyric from her song Tell Me with P Diddy from a couple years back). The production sounds like it could ma-a-a-aybe be Peter, but it's a stretch. Completely on the dubby side, hardly any vocals. Anyone have any info?

It was made available for purchase in the Star 69 Records MP3 store as "Eyes On You" by Tina. Sample On This PageI wonder if this release was sanctioned and they got the Christina vocals cleared? That could explain why the name is Tina and they changed the title. This song originally appeared on Peter's mix CD I Love Montreal last year. On a related note, there is a bootleg version of this mix going around with all the Christina vocals added in. It clocks in at 7:51. The quality was just okay.

"Boy I GOT MY EYES ON YOU, tell me what you wanna do..." of course is Xtina vocals, just with an echo effect added in the "I got my eyes" part :)

i still don't know how it's legal for star69 to sell the song, but i know other djs including my beloved tony moran have been able to do this....tony did two madonna songs for two diff compilations("american life" and "die another day.") i'd love to know the rules! Moran's mixes were covers. Much like those dreadful Almighty covers.

The only rule is that there are no rules!
