Was there a countdown on the 90s this week? Yeah, an Independence Day special. The Top 30 ‘90s Hits from the UK & US, 15 played from each country. The ‘90s on 9 on SXM’s app has been acting weird all weekend, so I wasn’t able to hear most of it.

I think it's a bit absurd, given how few British artists had big success in the 1990s. One of the entries was a non-charter by the Rolling Stones.

Yeah, an Independence Day special. The Top 30 ‘90s Hits from the UK & US, 15 played from each country. The ‘90s on 9 on SXM’s app has been acting weird all weekend, so I wasn’t able to hear most of it. They've done this countdown before, more than once I believe. I think it's a bit absurd, given how few British artists had big success in the 1990s. One of the entries was a non-charter by the Rolling Stones. Even with few British acts charting, more than 15 songs by Brits charted in the 90. Weird. Off the top of my head: Oasis had at least 2-3 The Beatles actually had some songs chart in the 90s "Missing" by EBTG Radiohead's "Creep" Nikki French's cover of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" "Bitter Sweet Symphony" Eric Clapton had 3 or more songs chart Spice Girls had many Take That's "Back For Good" Westlife "Swear It Again" Elastica Elton John had many
