OK, this one requires a bit of an explanation. "Make Believe" by Toto at #20 and "Voyeur" by Kim Carnes at #27 were skipped. Rather than being substituted, it appears everything from Cocker & Warnes up was moved up accordingly. Before that, five songs were skipped and the first three that don't have asterisks were moved up.
Also, Nina Blackwood noted that "Jack and Diane" was John (Cougar) Mellencamp's first #1. While that's technically true, she may want to look at the transcript of the last 1982 episode when "Hurts So Good" was Cougar's first #1.
