On August 11th, "Another Black Day" is rising.
I think this band is really great. Bieler Bros. always picks really great bands for their roster, really. I haven't met a single band on there I haven't liked, with the exception of Stereoside, but that's only because I'm so tired lately of the hedonistic cock-rock kind of style.
However, I'm very pleased with how well this band is doing for the label. I wasn't expecting that at all.

Awesome song! I picked up the album a few weeks ago and liked where I heard. I don't like their first single, Wicked Souls cause it sticks out like a sore thumb. hopefully these guys will do well.

I never really got into "Wicked Souls," but maybe I'll like this one. Time will tell.

So this would be the title track to their self titled album.
It's genious
"Another Black Day" by "Another Black Day" from their album "Another Black Day"
They sure know how to get their name out.

Hellyeah did it just last year. ...And don't forget Porno for Pyros back in '93. I guess the difference is this song is actually being released as a single.

Hellyeah crossed my mind, but like you said it was never released as a single.

I think "Hellyeah" was actually their promo single to metal stations and metal specialty shows on active rock/alternative stations.

I'm not sure which of their two singles I prefer. Neither have been great though. I like Wicked Soul but everytime I listen to it it reminds me of A7X's Gunslinger.

Haven't heard this song, but after getting the One Day As A Lion CD, I notice they could pull off the trifecta in the upcoming months.

To just throw a couple more self-titled songs out there, "Talk Talk" might be one of the most well-known self-titled songs. Also, "Living in a Box" was a top 20 hit on pop in '87 for that group.
