Dear Casey,
A wise friend once told me that a person's life changes when they lose their mom. Today, my mother died after giving live quite a whirl for almost 92 years. Her name was Rita, and she was one classy lady. She was the oldest of 7 children, growing up in a section of North Brookfield Massachusetts known as "Little Canada", and the family was understandably poor. Both my parents worked in shoe factories, and they also worked hard raising us. Despite life's struggles, my mother really made the grade. She was always cheerful and optimistic, and she was quite a giver. She was there when my sister and I needed her, and there for her 7 grand-children. Mom liked POP music: from Frank Sinatra to Sonny & Cher. When my kids were quite small, I remember Mom singing along to "I've Got You Babe". Casey, I would like to express my appreciation for all she did for me. So would you please play "Thank You" by Dido in memory of the lady from "Little Canada"? Life really does change when you lose a person who gave you life. Thanks Casey.
Robert

°(Spotlight from 1982) Hard to Say I'm Sorry/Get Away - Chicago; radio stations at the time typically ended the song before the "Get Away" part.
