...radio terminology? Such as 'spins,' 'audience,' etc. and what a good number of spins and audience is? Thanks for any help.

Spins is the number of times a song is played on all stations contributing to whatever chart you're looking at. How often the stations contributing to that chart play current songs and how many stations there are on the panel affect what a good spin total is for that format. Go to www.radioandrecords.com/Formats/Charts/All_Charts.asp and look at various charts to see how many spins the songs on the chart have. |
