So far, the record is held by "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down, which marked its 50th week on the chart back in 2004. It looks like Scars still has a chance to beat that record, especially if it keeps moving back up.

Actually, last week it was back to being two weeks behind. It's true that "Stickwitu" was number one on last week's AT40, as it was on the R&R chart for January 20, but other than that, AT40 last week looked more like the January 13 chart. So it looks like I was wrong when I thought they were back to being only one week behind. But it was sort of hard to tell.

Note that there are only six recurrent songs on the chart, and most of those are outside the Top 30. If only we could get rid of these moldy oldies like "Behind These Hazel Eyes" and "Scars"...

LOL, we have members posting without listening to the show. He had a new show ending, no more Seacrest Out. It was something like I"ll see you on TV this week on American Idol. He could have added make sure to turn-off this radio station, so you can watch it.

Interesting that "Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own" was an optional. Granted, it's a good song, but never charted.

And now.....some REAL AT40 Sleaze of the week. This week, Seacrest walked out of a radio station during an ambush style morning show interview when he refused to answer the DJ's question. The question that made him leave was "if you could spend one night with a former American Idol, would it be Clay Aiken or Kelly Clarkson?"
