"What's he like anyway? Yo man the guy's a gigolo man." Don't know why, but this little exchange is the part that sticks with me most from this song.
Anyway, great tune.

Top Of The Pops performance of Buffalo Stance - PREGNANT. Probably one of the greatest records of all time.

I <3 it, but I don't know about the rest of Raw Like Sushi, I could never quite feel it. It's been a while since I've listened. The extended album version pawns the weird edit that Retro Pop Reunion and Backtrax plays.

This is the shit, even the original song from where it stems from is catchy as fuck (ie "Looking Good Diving" by Morgan McVey). The lyrics are dope, the sample owns, and so on. lol funny how the song this is sampled from though is a song that her husband was in the group of ha.

This is the shit, even the original song from where it stems from is catchy as f**k (ie "Looking Good Diving" by Morgan McVey). The lyrics are dope, the sample owns, and so on. lol funny how the song this is sampled from though is a song that her husband was in the group of ha. The 12-inch b-side version "Looking Good Diving with The Wild Bunch" is the demo version of this. I love both versions of this song and also like "Looking Good Diving" btw didn't she also sing background vox on LGD?

Awesome song. I might have overlooked this while trying to check out the hits in previous years, but I've been repeating it on YouTube and Spotify after hearing it done at karaoke in a night club last night.
Still sounds fresh.

Love this song. The way she performs it now makes it sound like a contemporary indie blog hit.

This song is everything. I just heard it on 80s on 8 and fell in love all over again. Every single part is a hook, and I swear with only a few production tweaks this could be a hit now.

I used to hear this song as an 80s flashback on B96 growing up. Great pop-rap track that sampled Malcolm McLaren's 1982 rap track "Buffalo Gals".
