Heh... I remember this getting a lot of airplay in Melbourne. I have to admit that this song wasn't really all that bad... Not great, though.

I feel that this song got way overplayed, and I never really liked it in the first place. I'm glad that it's not a heavily played recurrent (well, Gold at this point, but you know what I mean).

I knew that I felt a sense of deja vu when posting my above comment.

Back For Good peaked at #7 in the US after Robbie left the group

I liked it. I thought Take That would take off in America, but they never did.

Maybe the best boy band song ever done. Love it!

^ True. It was a departure from the dance tunes they had put out until then.
If you wanna hear what a " Take That ballad" them meant before "Back For Good" check out "Babe", and you'll be horrified.

For a corny boyband song, there were a lot worse than this.

One of those songs that I really liked at first, but eventually grew tired of. It did rank as one of my favorites of 1995, however.

It's amazing to think that the first single released by the band that contains two guys as talented as Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow was "Do What U Like"... and that video. Yikes.
But this song is awesome. This is one of those songs that even people who aren't big on current music can get into, because there's something very classic and timeless about it. Love it.
