"Tony! Toni! Toné!, make the car go boom..." I absolutely love TTT, they're one of my favourite R&B bands ever. This single is taken from their debut album Who?, it peaked at #5 on the R&B chart in 1988, without entering the Hot 100. Here's the video.

Their first, of course, was "Little Walter", which went to #1 on the R&B charts, followed by "Born Not To Know", which I think went to #4.

Correct. A last single was taken from their debut, "For The Love Of You", an R&B only hit that peaked at #6.
