Another disappointment for the group, as chart tastes moved away from their clean-cut sound.
It was very bland, but a guilty pleasure. In addition to missing the CHR top ten, this was their first ever UK single to miss top ten, peaking at 12.

It's sad but it was the best song from their last studio album, and well, it at least made my top 5 peakking at whopping number 3!

Sort of a chart regret. The song only peaked at #26 on my personal Top 30, but I like it now and if I were writing my Top 30 charts from 2001 right now (I often wrote them way after the fact), the song would have gone Top Ten, no questions about it.

What?? "The Call" made the Top Ten there? :o Briefly. It had a ridiculously short top 40 run. 8-28-out.

I like just about everything the Backstreet Boys released from 1999 to their last hit, and this one was particulary good. :)

Hated this song so much. I haven't liked much they have done since "Quit Playing Games...."

I really liked this track, but it's not my favorite by them. It deserved better on pop radio IMO.

It wasn't bad but they've had better singles.

This is the only song from Black & Blue that has sticked with me all this time. This is nice but safe AC stuff from them.

Loved this song back then. I remember the video being mostly played on TRL.
2000 was a force to be reckon with

This is one of their best singles IMO but Pop was shifting in 2001 though and BSB did not adjust the way NSYNC did. Its performance was disappointing but not surprising.

I really liked this song. The production during the verses was really good and the chorus was classic BSB’s. At the time I think I liked it a little more than the lead single “Shape Of My Heart” which I do like. I went to see them in concert during this era.
