The forgotten Christina song - her duet with Ricky Martin. Both were at the top of their game at the time; very surprised that this wasn't a bigger song. While it wasnt a masterpiece, I thought it was actually a pretty good song. The video was visually a stunner

This was written for Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood, but when they passed on it, it eventually made its way to Ricky Martin.
This has probably held up the best out of all of his songs. Everything else sounds so dated now.

This was a #1 hit in Europe, surprised it didnt do much in the US. This has probably held up the best out of all of his songs. Everything else sounds so dated now. Private Emotion held up better imo.

I remember this song vividly. This was such a MASSIVE hit worldwide it was insane. They performed this at the WMA back in 2001 and blew the roof off. She's the only artist to have been nominated simultaneously in the now defunct Best Pop Collaboration w/ Vocals with this and LM. She had a 2/5 chance of winning!

Liked this then decently enough, but don't care for it now. This whole period has aged extremely badly.

Yeah, this hasn't aged well at all.

I would say Ricky was actually past his prime by this point. This might have done better as the first single. "She Bangs," while is still well remembered now, was a quick in/out hit at the time. The Latin explosion of 1999 had died down by the end of 2000. This song was much more straightforward Pop. It's probably my favorite song of his but it's a tight race with "She's All I Ever Had"

I remember when watching this the first time back then, I had first noticed her nose piercing.

This is a great duet. I remember this was everywhere in early 2001. Very underrated that it never gets talked about today. I know some say it hasn’t aged well but for me it still holds up.

I loved this song and on paper it looked like it did better than it did. It was a minor hit. I believe it hit its peak kind of quick and then disappeared. The original on the cd was just Ricky Martin. I had already purchased it the day of release…. I believe in the live performances they would lower XTinas mic.
