This was a really catchy power pop rock song. Great even today.

I liked it back when it was out, and I still do today.

Is SR-71 a type of airplane? I think I remember Casey saying something like that.

This was my personal anthem when I broke up with my girlfriend in high school. Awesome song.

I love this song. It's too bad this group couldn't get another big hit.

I've never heard this song. :(
I liked "Tomorrow" though, from their follow-up album. I always though SR-71 was a reference to a highway in Maryland.

If I remember correctly, SR-71 is a highway (State Route 71) that runs wherever these guys are from. That being said, I don't think I have ever heard this song, although I remember when it was charting.

I liked "Tomorrow" though, from their follow-up album. I thought "Tomorrow" was OK, but there were a number of better tracks on the album that had "Right Now" - the titles escape me.

I like this song.... but it's not that great. Just some fun punk rock fluff.

This song ruled. I can't remember where it peaked on my personal chart; I'm thinking #9. I heard this all the time in fall 2000 and have it burned to CD.
It's too bad they won't be making any more hits. Though they kind of shot themselves in the foot, or the record company did for them: They had no identity.
"Right Now" was akin to the dominant punk-pop of the day, while "Tomorrow" sounded closer to Linkin Park.
