I remember this video used to get some play here in the U.S. when it first came out in 1993. It was really an unusual track because the singer of the song was like 4 years old when the song came out. It was a novelty hit in Europe.
Surprisingly, the track made it to number 58 here in the U.S. on the Billboard Hot 100, and to number 11 on the Hot Latin Tracks chart.
It was funny but it got boring quickly.

The only version I heard was the French(?) one, entitled "Dur Dur D'etre Bebe". It was OK, but a little silly.

I remember this song and kind of liked it. It was kind of a neat novelty, but I'm glad it wasn't a really big hit, because it seemed to grow old fast.

I just thought about this song this morning, because a hot German song we were hearing in class reminded me of Jordy.

Love this song. The French version, of course.
Got major play on The Box.

Did Jordy's song do well in Canada because of the French-Canadian market since there was a version in French?
