Earlier this year, Hall & Oates had a huge AC hit with "Forever For You". The other night I heard this song on an interet radio station geared towards 80's music. I did some research and was unable to find any evidence that this song existed prior to the release of their most recent album. Chances are it was just a bizarre mistake. Can anyone confirm?

I thought it was a new single. I think the radio station probably thought it was from the 80s because it does sound like it was from the 80s.

I emailed someone at the 80's station, and they cleared the matter up. It seems that they will occasionally play a current song, so long as the artist was big during the 80's.

I think "Forever For You" sounds more like a mid 90s song than it does an 80s song.
