You know when I was living in the UK it hit the top spot and then I was hoping it would have done the same in the US. I was sooooo appalled when it peaked at #7 on AT40. This is one of my sisters favourite song, she loves this man!

I always thought it was a bit odd how both this and "Careless Whisper" were from Wham! albums but credited solely to George when they were released as singles (well solely to George in the UK and Wham! featuring George Michael in the US). It was clearly a marketing move to launch George's solo career, but it was still strange.
I like the song, but I'm actually surprised it was such a big hit. It's very low-key. It probably benefitted from how big Wham!/George were at the time. It seems to be completely forgotten.
