The only time I ever heard it was during its short run on AT40. Don't remember what it sounded like though.

The first time I heard this was on American Dance Traxx, too. However, the first time it appeared on that chart, it was the last show run by WZZP in South Bend. The following week, the station dropped it.
I thought the story was pretty funny. Broke his teeth on the applesauce? Must have been one large apple pit! Either that, or he wasn't getting enough calcium.

Stone Cold Rhymin' was one of the first CDs I ever got (it was a cassette even, lol). Anyway, I agree that it doesn't stack up with "Bust a Move", but I liked it a lot.
