I'm definitely not someone who usually puts two year old songs in nostalgia, but I felt like seeing how people felt about this song two years after release. I remember that this song basically had universal appraisal over at the Radio & Records board.
I actually wrote this song off without hearing it and one day I flipped past Nickelodeon and they were playing this great song so I waited and realized that it was M2M. The song became a #1 hit on my personal chart and was my #3 song of 2002.
It only made New & Active at CHR/Pop.
Their album, "The Big Room" was amazing. It was probably my favorite album of 2002. It's unfortunate that so many radio PDs probably wrote them off the same way that I did, because they could have been just as success as Michelle, Avril, or Vanessa.
The second single "Don't" tanked at radio. It hit #3 on my chart and was my #10 song of 2002.
In late 2002 they got dropped from the label and shortly after broke up. That was really devestating because they showed so much promise.

It was a pretty good song, I liked this a little more than " Don't Say You Love Me".

The only thing I remember about this song is I liked it because it was catchy.

Sadly, I never heard this song on the radio, otherwise it would've been a solid top five on my personal chart. As it is, I ended up downloading a crappy copy of it and it peaked at #17. Bought the promo single about a year later and realized just how good the song was.

It peaked at #2 on my chart. I liked both versions (I think one was a Japanese version).

It peaked at #2 on my chart. I liked both versions (I think one was a Japanese version). Yes, the Eastern version was more poppy. The American version had a lot more of an acoustic element to it, but wasn't really what most people would consider a full out acoustic song. I much preferred the American version. It had a little more energy and more of a rock, rather than pop, feel. I went over to AMG and they rated "The Big Room" 4.5/5 stars. That's something they very rarely do. It makes me so angry that they were overlooked like they were.

I loved "Don't." This was very good too. I never bought their album though I've came very close to doing so on countless occasions.
I didn't like the other releases overseas, "What You Do About Me" and "Wanna Be Where You Are" as much.

I loved this song. I preferred the American version of most of the album, but I liked the Asian versions of "Don't" and "What You Do About Me" more.
Unfortunately it did not peak at #1 on my chart since it was already a few months old by the time it was released in the States and I began charting it. It peaked at #3.

Either this or "Mirror Mirror" is my favorite from them.

Was revisiting this today. I hate this didn't take off. I remember this being in a face-off with another song on my local station and it lost by 1 vote, allegedly. I was so pissed.
