I think this'll definately be huge on the yearend chart since she might not get another big hit from the album so, as was already mentioned, recurrent airplay will put this song way ahead. Plus, it's very radio friendly and neutral in terms of what radio would play. It doesn't have a "last year's" sound to it. It's not too hard in any way in terms of vocals, instruments, or anything. I think it'll also be higher than 'Say It Right' come November. Yah more than likely your correct....I think SIR will have longevity too if GITM doesn't jack it up, being as it will most likely be Nelly's biggest hit this year, she wont have another big one in 2007, much like Bee. So if Irreplaceable beats SIR on the year end it will be by like 1 position heh, very close.

Is that 8 including the Xmas break or no? Including, so I think only 6 weeks on BDS. I know one of those Billboard charts doesn't include holiday, just can't remember what one..unless they changed it cuz I thought it was R&R which would be Pop 100 Airplay thanks to the merger right? I dunno...Billboard frustrates me, I'm a mediabase man lol.

In terms of chart runs, Golddigger was #1 for 10 weeks. Hot 100 yes, but I don't think Hot 100 Airplay or Pop 100 Airplay. Yah lol, it was like 2 weeks on Mediabase, 3 on R&R and AT40 - no where near the level of airplay as WBT, Irreplaceable, Sexycrack, Promiscous, HDL, SUBG, ect ect huge airplay hits. Irreplaceable is bigger than all those hits last year by only 1 week for most (besides Sexycrack, which was only 5 weeks..dont let AT40 and their JT kissing ass confuse you lol), yet has more longevity so far than any of those songs so far. I WOULD compare it to the big hit songs of 2006, since afterall it did start then, which would make this one slightly bigger but I wouldn't compare it to 2005 songs. Radio was different in peak spins back then, by a good 500-1k. If WBT or SUBG reigned today, they would probably have 1 or 2 more weeks at the top and 10.5k to maybe even 11k spins due to the setup of the top 5 these days. I wouldn't be surprise this year if we saw the first 11k spin song from the returnng big artists (Britney, Kelly, Mariah, 50, Usher, Avril, Linkin Park, ect ect) since the revamp back in 2003?

Beyonce deserves all the blessings and success! I'm proud of her major success and recognition now in the media than before from her "No No No" days, or the "Get On The Bus". As much as I like Nelly's Say It Right, I would like Beyonce to be in the #1 spot this week for the 10th week!

i vote for "Get Me Bodied" to be the next single! Upgrade U is okay, but you can groove more into "Get Me Bodied", and it has a 90's old school hip hop flavor to it!

yea...although this song is kinda getting old...i feel like it deserves a 10th week..... not many songs last 10 weeks and it would be a big honor that i feel like she rightfully deserves!
its such a great pop song!

I agree, antsinyourpants.
Listen is such a beautiful song! I can't wait for her next singles though. What do you think is Beyonce's signature song? No No No, Crazy In Love, Check On It, Say My Name, Irreplaceable or the upcoming Get Me Bodied?

Exactly! Beyonce is like the Janet, Whitney, Diana, or Brandy of this era! Brandy shouldn't be part of that group... Beyonce's signature is CIL for the moment but Irreplaceable could definitely become it - its so catchy.
