This is the song that helped her cross over to pop radio in late 1992.
The piano work on here is amazing and the bassline is a classic.
I have no complaints as far as the vocals go either.
This is from what I believe is her best album, "What's The 411?". My favorite Mary singles, "You Remind Me," "Real Love," "Love No Limit," "You Don't Have To Worry," etc. all come from that period in her career.
The Billboard Hot 100: #7 Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks: #1 Hot Dance Music/Club Play: #36 Radio & Records CHR/Pop: #5

"You see I'm searching for a real love and I don't know where to go, been around the world, high and low, still I'll never know howit is to have a real love cause it seems he's not around, gotta end this searching now because seems he can't be found."
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! One of my three favorites by Mary and one of my favorites from the 90's. I remember being in 5th grade and crooning to this. Still a party starter.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! ...But Eric said it sounded like a song to which you'd hopscotch. So now I always think of that when I listen to it. >:(

No, TLC's "Good Love" is the best example of a hopscotch song.

This was the song that made me fall in love with Mary. She has been one of my favorite R&B artist ever since. In fact I am buying all her cd's as a xmas present to myself because all I need is 3 to complete my collection.
It peaked at #4 on my personal chart. Her 4th biggest hit on my chart.

A classic, plain and simple. I can jam to this song the same way I did the day I first heard it.

Just about everything on this CD... "What's The 411?" was incredible! It definitely was her best!
"You Remind Me" "I Don't Wanna Do Anything" with K-Ci Hailey "Slow Down" "Love No Limit"... The best one! "Reminsce"
A great traveling CD, because there's not a bad song on it!

I really liked this song. However, I prefer Toby Lightman's cover.

This was a good early single. This track still gets a good amount of play in San Francisco on KMEL and occasionally on Energy 92.7.
This was a dance/r&b type of song. I like that. She has done several tracks which were dance oriented, and this was one of them. "Let No Man Put Asunder", "Your Child" and "Family Affair" continued with that similar theme.
Mary J is a great singer.

This was a really good song. I also like Toby Lightman's cover of this, but Mary brought a lot of life to it.
