This was their biggest hit on the pop chart, peaking at #19 back in 1999.
I loved this song... it was huge back when I was in grade 11 in high school. I guess I could really relate to the lyrics... and it's a great song to just crank up at any time. All in all, it was a cool tune... it spent 4 non-consecutive weeks at #1 on my chart and finished at #6 for the year.

Yeah!!! I LOVED this song and the video for it!! If I had a chart at the time, I would have had this as a top 10 for sure.

a big time novelty, it got annoying when overplayed (which it was) but occasionally it's good to hear this

I love this song, especially the Baka Boys remix thereof (had by Open House Party).
"Weird Al" Yankovic skewered it as Pretty Fly for a Rabbi.

I had to roll my eyes when girls at my school used it for some dance routine. It was a fun song but annoying after a while.

Fun novelty tune... "Come Out And Play" is vastly superior (with a great message), IMHO. :)

I agree completely with mst3k1 about COAP being much better. It seems as if they tried to make a pop version of this song, which I didn't like. I don't know, it just seems as if they're not nearly as good as they were years ago.

This was the first Offspring song I ever heard, and I hated it when it first came out. But eventually I grew to like it, along with a lot of their other songs.

I love this song. I'm glad they're back with "Hit That".

This is one of those songs whose novelty lasts two weeks tops, then you realize a lot of the lyrics are extremely cheezy and manipulated for a pop smash.

The song and the video were totally hilarious!
For my English class, when this song came out, we had to write a parody based on a current song, so I made my parody on this song. And I made it be about Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky.
The chorus was, "Give it to me Billy, ooh, ooh, Give it to me Billy, ooh, ooh, and all the interns say I'm pretty fly for a president." The teacher cracked up so much that she had to leave the room to compose herself. Any time someone said the name Billy, she would start laughing all over again.

I love this song, especially the Baka Boys remix thereof (had by Open House Party). Was the Baka Boyz remix the same as the "Low Rider" mix? I remember that getting lots of Open House Party play and it's definitely my favorite version of the song.

Good song. I especially like the beginning, when Kermit the Frog says, "Gunter gleiben glauchen globen"

Pretty Fly For A White Guy only got to #53 in 1999 despite topping the UK charts

This was on that episode of "King of the Hill" when Hank and his mom and her friends went to a miniatures museum and it happened to be spring break. The college kids were playing this.

This is good and I like it, but it's still probably one of my least faves in the Offspring singles catalogue
