A big dance hit and minor pop hit in 2001.
The 1st time I heard this was a few years ago in the gym. I kept hearing the Price is Right theme synchronized to a dance beat, and this female voice singing "come on down". I had no idea it was Crystal Waters until I got home & looked it up on the net.
Not one of my favorites of all time, but still a clever idea for a song that I think is worth noting.

I liked this one a bit. It did wear thin after a while, but it was a fun song. This was one of the few final releases from the Strictly Rhythm record label that soon closed. It has since re-launched this year.
I thought the use of the PIR sample was so unusual, but it worked. The song had the feel of something from the disco label Casablanca.
Around the time this was a single, there was an interview with Crystal Waters in Dance Music Authority Magazine, and she was talking about how the music video for the song was going to be filmed on the PIR set. But I don't think it ever came to fruition. It would have been so perfect.
