For all the hype Odelay got when it came out in 1996, I never really thought it was a very consistent album. But there really were some great tracks on it. "New Pollution," which was the third single, was one of my favorites. ("Devil's Haircut" was the very best one IMO) It kind of recreated 1960s pop and put a little bit of an electronic spin on it. The nonsensical lyrics really just add to the appeal of this record. The video was so weird and great. Hot 100: #78 Modern Rock: #9 UK: #14 Even though this album was probably his commercial high point, he's put out so much great music since then.

Good song, along with just about everything else on "Odelay".
