though i liked "More Then Words" this song was IMO much better, great hook, good arrangements. It was such a fun song, which peaked (if the article i read is correct) at #4.

It was better than "More Than Words", which says a lot. Both good songs by a band that got steretyped as acoustic pretty boys.

Good song... had a neat video with them performing on a street and random people just coming up to listen.

Great song. These guys were like all the rest of the bands in those days. The album was actually much harder than the singles that were released. I always liked Suzy wants her all day What? that was a rocker.

It's hard for me to figure that the same band did both songs. Hole-Hearted sounds more of a 70s sound and "More than Words" more a 90s sound, IMO. My brother did his wedding dance to "More than Words". It went on forever! And they danced and danced and you could tell they were bored with it. LOL! Too bad the marriage didn't last as long as the song seemed to. :'(

10x better than "More Than Words" Agreed. They never quite managed to distance themselves from the hair metal scene which might be the reason for their rather shortlived stay in the mainstream.

The lead singer did get that one album with Van Halen lol. I was probably one of the only ones who listened to this tape cassette in highschool long before more than words ever broke out!

Nice song. I would have to give this an edge over "More Than Words".
