A great song from the winter of 1977-78. I had one heck of a time finding out what song this was, since, back when I was six (when this song was hot), I thought they were singing something like "Pair of stones" and was convinced that the title began with the letter P. But when I purchased ELO's Greatest Hits, I found out for sure which song this was.

The tune got to #13 on the Hot 100 in 1978 ^And it peaked at #5 on the R&R chart around the time of my sixth birthday.

if you average the peak position of Billboard and R&R it would peaked around #9.
