I want to know for people outside of country, is this Shania's staple song? She opens her concerts with this (amazing!), performed it on the Grammys, and all the commercials that deal with her use it (Revlon, Chevy)...Carrie Underwood also just recently covered it for AI. So is this Shania's trademark song? I think so!!

I have always loved this song! It's so much fun! The Dance Mix that the pop stations played took it to the next level. I guess this is a signature song of hers.

In Europe "That Don't Impress Me Much" was the bigger hit by miles, but i'd say this is equally well known if not slightly moreso. Gets played ALL the time.
I can't stand it. I love Shania but this song is just irritating!

I would say "You're Still The One" is her signature song.
MIFLAW is catchy, but she has much better songs.

It's a great song but it was never one of my favorites from her.

A bit too camp for my tastes.

Holy crap, when I was younger I loved this song. So many memories...I remember my friend and I making a parody song to this about virtually nothing...I remember hearing it and going crazy on the evacuation for Hurricane Floyd...
And I have to say, its use in the Chevrolet truck commercial was hilarious!

This... or That Don't Impress Me Much is her signature song. It would be hard to say, I would think.

That Don't Impress Me Much, Man! I Feel Like A Woman and You're Still The One are all trademark songs for her really. ...and Any Man Of Mine for Country. None of them are my actual favorite song from her but they are all excellent songs.

Like I said earlier, she opens with this song. You have no idea how awesome it is! When you hear the first notes, AHHH!!!! *remembers screaming!*

I never liked this song. It seems like the only places they play this song are at the bowling alley and Dollar General.

I never liked this song. It seems like the only places they play this song are at the bowling alley and Dollar General. Karaoke bars too! Seriously though... I like this song a lot. But I like "That don't impress me much" more. It's something of a guilty pleasure, it's so silly that you kind of indulge in it's badness. Especially the little spoken parts inbetween the choruses. Totally corny but in an awesome way.

not the CHR/Pop one. Must be Billboard.
I was never a big fan of this one. One of my least favourites from this album.

I like most Shania Twain singles, but I've never been able to get into this one. Kind of annoying.

Due to Hot 100 rules at the time this song charted based soley on airplay. Back in 1999, airplay only songs charting on the Hot 100 was fairly new...thus there weren't many points given for that. If her label would have released this as a CD or cassette single, it would have done MUCH better on that chart. In order to truly gauge the popularity of this song, i'd look at the radio airplay chart life.

I was also shocked when I saw that. I remember hearing this on the radio all the time as a kid. I'm honestly surprised it never went #1, let alone not making the Top 20.
