The Beatnuts have never really had huge success, but they're actually one of my favorite rap acts. They make great upbeat party tracks and have consistently hilarious rhymes.
This was one of their biggest hits. Elements of this song appear in "Jenny From The Block."
Anyone else like them?
Some of my other favorites from the Beatnuts: * No Escapin' This * Work That Pole * Off The Books * Let's Git Doe

I like it but I dont really know much about them besides they been out much longer then people may remember. Beanuts actually been out since the early 90's. I remember them having another song I liked called Props Over Here. Their late 90s songs were cool like Off The Books with Big Pun but they never had huge success as you mentioned.

I really liked this song back in the day. That little instrumental hook was very addictive!

All I say is that J.Lo's take is a true example of how to take a dope beat and make it sound whack!
But hey, she'd already done that with the "Ain't It Funny" remix, remember? She - I mean, Irv Gotti - took the bangin' beat off Craig Mack's "Flava In Ya Ear" remix and turned it into schlock of the lowest order.
