I had heard this song many times before but just recently found out who sung it thanks to the movie " Dazed and Confused".Β
It peaked at #13 on the pop charts back in '74.Β Not a big fan of classic rock (although I like it more now than I use to) but this is one of the better ones.

My friends and I had a great roller skating routine worked out to this tune back when I was about 13. I liked it then, but it got old and I don't really care for it today.
