the first song was his first release from "The Chronic 2001" it was catchy as hell and it really set the stage for Dre's next release "Forgot About Dre" both songs were HOT! what y'all think about it?

I prefer "Still D.R.E." "Forget About Dre" got annoying after repeated listens.

I heard FAD just a few hours ago! It's a fun song to listen to and it's definitely one of my faves from Dre.

Both good songs, but I have to say I like 'Still D.R.E.' MUCH better, I actually heard it at a party on Saturday night. (I always favor a good party song.)

I still don't like when people call it a different title than what Billboard called it. Billboard called it "Dr. Dre -- 2001."

I still don't like when people call it a different title than what Billboard called it. Billboard called it "Dr. Dre -- 2001." The album was renamed after it was released. Billboard used to call it Chornic 2001 too.

I haven't heard "Still D.R.E." but "Forgot About Dre" was horrible. I wish he wouldn't have fronted the extremely annoying trend of putting your name in the title and/or lyrics. And they call this gangsta rap? Toddler rap is more like it... change the lyrics and you get something that sounds like the theme song to Sesame Street! (Same with "The Next Episode")

And they call this gangsta rap? i think Gangsta rap was more when Dre was with NWA... i don't believe this is gangsta rap at all... it was more geared towards pop-rap (to me anyway) then to gangsta

I love both of these as well as "The Next Episode". TNE was my favorite single from 2001 though.
