i just recently re-discovered this song... and I STILL LOVE IT!! gee! is anyone here even old enough to remember it?

The only time I ever heard it on the radio was on AT40 and Rick Dees. My sister loved it though, so I ended up listening to it enough to love it myself.

LOL... it sort of happened the same way with me. except it was my cousin. she played the song enough to make me love it too. this was a tad before my "remix" addiction began... so i never laid hands on the extended version. darn...

Flames Of Paradise peaked at #36 in 1987 and chart higher than Jennifer's version of "The Power Of Love" which was later covered by Laura Branigan in early 1988 (and became Laura's last top 40 pop hit) and Celine Dion (which became her first chart-topper on the pop chart).
