This song is pretty obscure. In fact, the excellent album from which it came ( Kollage)is no longer in print. But I think this 1996 rap tune is pretty hot. And it came from one of the most tragically overlooked rappers of the decade: Bahamadia. The song is hard yet smooth at the same time. I really like it... You can check it out here. I love the part at the end when she keeps going "rock, rock on." She actually has a solid catalog of music: Kollage is really good as are her couple of collaborations with The Roots and Planet Asia.
