After years as cult favourites, the Corrs finally achieved a proper pop breakthrough with this, cracking the top 20 at pop and top 40 on the hot 100, in addition to Platinum album sales.
However, they got no followup hits, and the massive amount of time spent in America hurt the European success of this album greatly (After hitting #1 in the UK with this, the followups 'Irresistable' and 'Give Me A Reason' stalled at #20 and #27)
It's a decent song, but they've done much better. I actually thought the album had much better tracks, especially the hugely underrated 'Give Me A Reason' and 'Somebody For Someone' which i'm amazed wasn't a single.
My Corrs top 5.
1. I Never loved you anyway 2. Somebody for someone 3. What Can I Do? 4. Give Me A Reason 5. Radio (Live version)

I liked it, but it got tiring very quickly. The only other semi-widely known song that I really liked from them was So Young. Boy, did I get obsessed with that song back in 1999.

God I loved this song so much. No matter how much I heard it I never got sick of it. That whole cd was brillant. And on a side note they kick ass live

Love it! This is their best song IMO. Most of their songs get tiring after awhile but I've never gotten sick of this and it reminds me of summer.

I love The Corrs, but this song is not anywhere near my favorite Corrs song.
1. So Young 2. Radio 3. Runaway 4. Only When I Sleep 5. I know My Love (with The Chieftains)

Great song by The Corrs! I also liked their followup (oh gosh, what was it? It was with Bono...)

I also liked their followup (oh gosh, what was it? It was with Bono...) "When The Stars Go Blue"? I loved that one too. They also released "Irresistible" (filmed Time Square, but it flopped so badly overseas the US release was scrapped), "Give Me A Reason" (a Cutthroat and Joe remix couldn't ignite fire into it), and "All The Love In The World" (it was strange this wasn't properly released in the US.. it was the single for the #1 but underperforming Julia Roberts romantic comedy "America's Sweethearts"... the video was nice too).

Good song to blast when you're driving on the freeway with the top down...except that I don't have a convertible.

I use to know this girl named Ally who hated the "yodeling" in the song. Well, that's what she called it. "Gooo on, gooo on"!

This was a classic! I loved how it's upbeat. And the vocals were great.

This song has two separate chart runs: the one on the winter of 00` and the one on the spring of 01. The song managed to better its peak 19 spots to #20 in its second run.
I used to have the rare radio "remix" that was slightly more upbeat, but it was deleted somehow. It's hard to find now on mp3.

This was the last album of theirs that I got because by this time, they lost me with their change in sound. Not a bad song but doesn't compare to their first CD.

I thought I read somewhere that Mutt Lange wrote this one for Shania, but she passed on it and it ended up with The Corrs. You can hear Shania's style all over it. It's a great pop song. Not close to my favorite by them, but still a fun record.
