Too much pop in this folder. So how about one of the alternative classics from the early 90's? This song is probably the pinnacle of Ride's career, and that opening bass line has to be one of the best isolated bass lines in rock history. Shame this song never gets played anymore, though it was barely a modern rock top 20 single in its day, so that's understandable. Of course 'Evenflow' was barely top 20 itself, and songs like 'In Bloom' and 'Sex Type Thing' didn't even chart, yet they're consistently among the top 40 gold tracks today. A damn shame I tell you! If you've never been exposed to the sheer brilliance of this song, here's a link, brought to you by me. www.memoriesfade.com/rideltab.ram

It also inspired a popular mash-up feautring this tune and the Beatles "Anna (Go To Him)". It's pretty good and it sounds like the Fab Four were recording it in 1990's instead of 1963
