I'm on a Beatles kick lately. Just listened to Revolver and have moved on to A Hard Days Night. OMG, I know every song. I'm having a bit of a hard time distinguishing between Paul and John's voice on some songs. Sometimes it is so obvious, but other times I just can't figure it out. I know they duet on a lot of songs and on A Hard Day's Night they actually double-track John's voice so he duets with himself. I usually guess right on the John/Paul question, but there are those George Harrison vocals that screw it up. LOL! I would love to see the movie to this. I remember seeing it years ago, but would love to watch it again.
Rolling Stone picks Revolver as #3 on the Top 500 albums of all time. A Hard Day's Night comes in at #388. Which Beatles' album is your favorite? Which song is your favorite? Of all of their albums, which is your favorite?
Here's the songs on Revolver: 1. Taxman 2. Eleanor Rigby 3. I'm Only Sleeping 4. Love You To 5. Here, There and Everywhere 6. Yellow Submarine 7. She Said, She Said 8. Good Day Sunshine 9. And Your Bird Can Sing 10. For No One 11. Doctor Robert 12. I Want to Tell You 13. Got to Get You into My Life 14. Tomorrow Never Knows
Here's the songs on A Hard Day's Night:
1. A Hard Day's Night 2. I Should Have Known Better 3. If I Fell 4. I'm Happy Just to Dance With You 5. And I Love Her 6. Tell Me Why 7. Can't Buy Me Love 8. Any Time at All 9. I'll Cry Instead 10. Things We Said Today 11. When I Get Home 12. Y ou Can't Do That 13. I'll Be Back

Thought any Beatles fans would want to catch this:
Lost Beatles Tape May Steal AMA Show NEW YORK - This year's American Music Awards will feature stars such as Usher, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani and Rod Stewart, but the most talked-about moment might come from the Beatles. The show plans to air a 2 1/2-minute tape from 1964 that was recently discovered.
"We've got a wonderful old ... tape that's been lost for 40 years that nobody's seen since it first aired featuring the Beatles singing `She Loves You' and `I Wanna Hold Your Hand,'" producer Dick Clark told The Associated Press this week. "It was an English show that aired here that for some reason or another went into a trunk somewhere."
Stefani is set to open the Nov. 14 show, which will air live on CTV from Los Angeles at 8pm ET. Janet Jackson will introduce Keys and Usher. Other performers include "American Idol" winner Fantasia, Kenny Chesney and Snoop Dogg and Pharrell.
And in case you're wondering — after Ashlee Simpson's recent lip-synching controversy on "Saturday Night Live" — Clark told the AP that all performers will be "live, or live to musical track."
"Ashlee, by the way, is to be host of our `New Year's Rockin' Eve' show, so I gotta treat her very gently," he said.

I tried to make a top ten list, but there's way too many that I like (100+) and it's impossible for me to rank them. Suffice to say, at the moment, my favorites are "Help!" and "Hello Goodbye".

I think the White Album is probably my favorite. Lot's of good rockers on there, which is what I like the best.
Helter Skelter is probably my favorite song.

My parents had all their albums and played them to death so I'm very used to the Beatles. I like "Paperback Writer," "Yellow Submarine" and "Lady Madonna."
