The original was ok but I really liked the remix from 1994. I remember I couldn't get enough of it when it was out and at the time was surprised when my pop station played it.

I love the original. I don't really care for the remix.

I was born in late December, 1963. Good song, the original, except that it's so frigging played out.

To me it's more of the original than of the remix. Adding the drum machine, it could do without.

I love the original...definitely the best song they ever did. How was the remix different (besides the added drum machine)?

I like both of them, but the remix a little more.

I like the remix, after all it climbed all the way to number one on my charts. The single remix was actually released in the Pan European countries first during the late summer of 1988.

The original got to #1 for three weeks in 1976 and the remix reached #14 in 1994

The remix at that time sounded like a brand new song which made it cool. Definitely a classic.

Love this. Mega 103.5 (Miami) used to play this song alot as a disco/freestyle station in the late 90s. This song takes me back to that.
#64 on Billboard's 500 Greatest Pop Songs
